Old Sycamore District Executive Brian Botti has accepted a new position with the Muskingum Valley Council, BSA, based in Zanesville, OH, and is set to start there on July 1 as a Senior District Executive serving MVC's River Trails District, including the area of Cambridge, OH, and Marietta, OH. Brian will be sad to leave Old Sycamore and the Black Swamp Area Council, and is thankful for all of the opportunities and experiences during his time here, but he'll be happy to be closer to family with this next step in his career.

The council will be hosting a farewell gathering Tuesday, June 8 from 5-7pm at Bella's Italian Grille 1081 W Bank Rd, Celina, Oh 45822.  There will be appetizers and hors d'oeuvres on hand. Please bring $10 at the door to help with a recognition and parting gift (optional).  You may register for the event here.
