There is no requirement to wear a mask when the transmission in your location is low based upon CDC guidelines. To learn more about CDC mask guidelines visit this website:

If you are meeting with an individual and they are wearing a mask, you should put on a mask to respect their position, unless they indicate it is not necessary.
