Vacation and sick time are in one paid time off (PTO) bank, which new employees earn 2 days a month for a total of 24 days per year. Exploring Executive (Findlay, OH/Northwest Ohio)

Full-Time Employment.  Work with volunteers and business leaders to identify, recruit, train, guide and inspire them to become involved in Exploring (workforce development) programs. Provide quality service through timely communication, regular meetings, training, events, and activities. This is a job that is not based in an office, but out in the community supporting and growing the Exploring program in Northwest and West Central Ohio. Find out more at this link.

Seasonal Employment: 

Looking for a summer job in the great outdoors and have fun at the same time?  Are you tired of doing the same old routine? Did you know that the Black Swamp Area Council operates 2 summer camps, Camp Berry in Findlay, and Camp Lakota in Defiance? Each camp offers opportunities for a variety of summer camp staff jobs. Primarily looking for individuals over the age of 18, but select spots are still available to 15 years old’s and up, including lifeguards.  Find out more at this link.
