Long-time council shop manager Ruth Bibler passes

It is with great sadness we say goodbye to Ruth Bibler a wonderful person and friend who for 20 years was the face you saw when you walked into the Findlay Scout Shop. Ruthie always remembered your name and had a smile for you. She will be remembered by members of the Council for her cookie trays, witty humor, and knowledge of Scouting.
