You are invited to attend the Black Swamp Area Council Annual Meeting on Thursday February 25, at 6:30 p.m.  In observance of public health orders, the meeting is being moved to a virtual platform.  The Annual Meeting will include the presentation of this year’s class of Silver Beavers, as well as the election of Council Members-at-Large and Executive Board Members.  Chartered Organization Representatives, Council Members-at-Large and Executive Board Members, are voting members of the Council for this election.

The following individuals have been appointed to the nominating committee: Sherri Garner Brumbaugh, Chair; Mark Miller; Keith Eiden; John Love; Scott Ball; and, Mike Klein.

The Council Annual Meeting is part of the Annual Scouters Conference, to be conducted virtually over two evenings; Wednesday, February 24 and Thursday, February 25.  The meetings on Wednesday include a Council Key 3 Meeting and Council Coordinated Meeting. On Thursday, the Council Annual Meeting and an Executive Board Meeting.  Both evenings begin at 6:30 p.m.  The zoom link will open at 6:15pm as a way to socialize and connect since we have not had many in-person meetings over the last year.  Registration for all these events is available HERE. Registration will be required to receive the Zoom links.
