All Scouts 4th Grade through Venturing are invited to lock themselves in to the YMCA for a night of fun and games!  (Parents and Leaders will have some fun too!) Video Games, Pool Time, Volleyball and 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament are just some of what's in store. Swim Checks WILL be available!!

$20 per person if registered by 12/31 - Pizza and Dessert Included!
$30 at the door

Each unit or family should bring 1 bag of chips or snacks or 1 2-liter of pop to share for every 4 attending. All adults will be asked to take a shift or two (2 hours at a time) in a program area (except pool time) to ensure all Scouts are clean, kind, obedient and respectful as well as living out the Scout Oath and Law in their fun.

4th and 5th grade Scouts should have at least one adult for every 4 Scouts attending. Families may attend as Parent and Scout without a Unit attending. Scouts BSA should have one adult for every 8 Scouts. Siblings 9 and friends 4th grade and up are welcome!!!
 
 Bring the following:

  • Part A & B of BSA Medical Form
  • Schedule choices and Signed Expectation Forms
  • Snack or soda to share
  • Sleeping Bag
  • Swim Suit
  • Gym Clothes
  • Parents and leaders
  • Friends

Cancellation Policy
Refund requests for rescheduled events due to weather conditions will be dealt with on an individual basis, partial refunds can be granted after incurred expenses for the event have been taken into consideration. Transferring fees from one person to another within the same unit for the same program is permissible. Fees are not transferable from one event to another. No refund request for any event or facility will be accepted more than 14 days after the conclusion of the event. Any refund granted will be credited back to the source of the original payment. i.e., Credit card back to credit card, check back to checking account, etc. o Valid reasons for requesting a refund include: Illness Death in family. No refund shall be made for any reason if the cost of the event has not been completely met. Refunds will not be made for late arrivals or early departures. All requests for refunds of money must be made in writing to the Black Swamp Area Council, Boy Scouts of America. Supporting receipts must accompany the request.
