Annual Scouters Conference in April 2026

The Black Swamp Area Council's Scouters Conference is a day filled with important council leaders meetings and a celebration during the annual business luncheon. 

The day's events offer something for everyone and will follow this schedule:

• Council/District Key 3 Conference: (For District Chairs, District Commissioners, and District Executives)
• Council Coordinated Meeting, which includes:

During the Annual Meeting, which is part of the luncheon, we will conduct important council business, including the election of Council Members-at-Large and Executive Board Members. 

Registration for the Scouters Conference is required, the council recognition luncheon does have a fee for the meal.
