This year marks the 100th anniversary of the Ad Altare Dei ("to the altar of God") emblem program, first awarded to Scouts on February 7, 1926. For a century, this program has helped Catholic Scouts grow in their faith through the seven sacraments and remains a cherished cornerstone of Scouting. If your Scout is interested in earning the Ad Altare Dei emblem, reach out to your Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, or Crew Advisor, or contact the National Catholic Committee on Scouting Region 6 chaplain, Bro. Andrew Kosmowski, SM, at region6@catholicscoutingamerica.org.
