Starting April 1, 2026 all adult registrants will be required to provide their middle name. If an adult does not have a middle name, you will have to check "no middle name" for online applications. If filling out a paper application, you must write NA on the appropriate line. The purpose of this requirement is to make our Criminal Background Check process more inclusive and informative. Keeping kids safe is our #1 priority.
