• 9:15 am -11:15 am Council Coordinated Meeting:

• 2:15 pm - 4:00 pm Executive Board Meeting: (Council Executive Board Members Only) in Yammine Lodge

During the Annual Meeting, which is part of the luncheon, we will conduct important council business, including the election of Council Members-at-Large and Executive Board Members for 2025-2026. *Voting on these positions is limited to Chartered Organization Representatives, Council Members-at-Large, and Executive Board Members with current Scouting America memberships.*

The following individuals have been appointed to the council nominating committee: Matthew Black (Chair), Jeffrey Iten, Keith Eiden, Mark Miller, Daniel Meffley, Daniel Romick, Jason May and Michael Wahl.   Voting members who have comments or suggestions for nominations should contact Nominating Chairman, Matt Black, at matt.black@glenviewtrust.com  prior to March 26.

Registration for the Scouters Conference is required; the council recognition luncheon is $35 person (early bird) $45 after April 22 and tables of 8 are $240. We encourage everyone to register early to ensure their spot at the luncheon and other activities.
