Local Scouters from Black Swamp Area Council participated in the 2022 National Order of the Arrow Conference, July 25-30, at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. 

Among the individuals, Nina Dukes was spotted lighted during a ceremony for her involvement and commitment to the OA.
