You are invited to attend Black Swamp Area Council, at the Council’s Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023, 12 noon at Rhodes State College, 4240 Campus Dr, Lima, OH 45804 as a part of our Council’s Scouters Conference. The Annual Meeting will be part of the Council Annual recognition luncheon.  Election of Council Members-at-Large and Executive Board Members for 2023-2024 will occur at this meeting. Chartered Organization Representatives, Council Members-at-Large and Executive Board Members, are voting members of the Council for this election.

The following individuals have been appointed to the nominating committee: Sherri Garner Brumbaugh Committee Chair, Matthew Ludwig, John Love, Mark Miller Keith Eiden and Dan Meffley.
