What to Expect

The day will include:

• 8:00–9:00 AM – Council/District Key‑3 Session (District Chairs, Commissioners, District Execuitves)
• 9:15–11:15AM – Council Coordinated Meeting with Opening Session and focused committee breakout sessions (covering Membership, Advancement, Camping, Range and Target Activities, Cub Scout Day Camp, Scouts BSA, Activities, and more)
• 12:00–1:30 PM – Recognition Luncheon & Council Annual Meeting
  • ​$35 per person, early bird prior to April 22, $45 after.
  • Tables of 8 $240
• 1:45–4:00 PM – Executive Board Meeting (For board members only)
