DESCRIPTION:2026 Scouters Conference & Council Annual Meeting \n  \n 📍 Camp Berry \n  \n 🗓 Saturday, April 25, 2026 \n  \n ⏰ 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n What to Expect \n  \n  \n The day will include: \n  \n  \n  \n 	8:00–9:00 AM – Council/District Key‑3 Session (District Chairs, Commissioners, District Execuitves) \n 	9:15–11:15AM – Council Coordinated Meeting with Opening Session and focused committee breakout sessions (covering Membership, Advancement, Camping, Range and Target Activities, Cub Scout Day Camp, Scouts BSA, Activities, and more) \n 	12:00–1:30 PM – Recognition Luncheon & Council Annual Meeting \n 	 \n 		​$35 per person, early bird prior to April 22, $45 after. \n 		Tables of 8 $240 \n 	 \n 	 \n 	1:45–4:00 PM – Executive Board Meeting (For board members only)  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n   \n  \n Why Attend \n  \n  \n  \n 	Connect with fellow Scouters for in-depth discussions on council initiatives and strategic goals \n 	Participate in breakout sessions tailored to your area of expertise and interest \n 	Celebrate outstanding volunteers during the annual Recognition Luncheon \n 	Fulfill voting responsibilities if you’re a Chartered Org Rep, Council Member‑at‑Large, or Exec Board member \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n  \n  \n Feel free to share this great event with your district Key 3, unit leaders, and any Scouters interested in contributing to council-level discussions and recognition. \n
