New Great Oaks District Executive named

Black Swamp Area Council welcomes Brendan Erwin to the team as a District Executive. He will serve in the Great Oaks District, based out of the Lima Scout Office. He comes to council after graduating from Bowling Green University in Fall 2023.

“Growing up, I went through the Scouting program starting out as a Tiger Cub. I worked my way up to the rank of Eagle Scout and continued to work with Scouting as an Assistant Scoutmaster,” Brendan stated. “I have witnessed firsthand just how much Scouting can have a great impact on the youth of our communities. I look forward to working with the units to help our program grow and to build strong relationships with the volunteers.”
