Troop 318 continues tradition

Troop 318 participated in the annual Arlington Village Festival Parade, and as they marched, they continued a crowd-favorite tradition: carrying a large American flag.  The flag belongs to local resident Mr. Warner, who graciously donates it every year to be included in the parade and has requested for the Troop to continue this tradition.
