He led successful Friends of Scouting campaigns, strengthened donor relationships, guided special event fundraising efforts, and helped revitalize the council popcorn sale, returning it to growth and success. \n  \n  \n  \n Please bring your best wishes as we honor Jim, and his wife Deb, as they begin this exciting new chapter. \n  \n  \n  \n  \n Thank You, Jim, for Your Years of Service! \n
