Pack 223 celebrates Bobcat advancement

Pack 223 in Ottawa, partnering with the Putnam County Education Service Center, recently celebrated when its Scouts earned their Bobcat Badge. The group's leader Brian Fowler reports that more than 40 of the boys in the program have earned their Bobcat badge. Pictured below are the Scouts from Leipsic.
