ALL Chinquapin charters are due to the District no later than November 9, 2017.

District leaders will be on hand starting at 6:00 p.m. prior to Roundtable to review and accept your charters.

(Charter acceptance will cease during the general session and be accepted again during the breakouts at 7:40 p.m.) 

Please be sure all new adult and new youth applications are attached, and that adults have all signatures and youth protection training.
