Parent and Pal – August 13-14 – Cowboys vs Aliens

The plans for this year’s weekend camp is underway and the excitement is building.   We are planning for 2 themes in one.   Nothing could be better than matching the untamed west and extra-terrestrials.   Camp Berry in Findlay will be turned into an old west town for the weekend and will be invaded by aliens from outer space.   Half of the campers will be the aliens and the other half the cowboys.   Speical activities that will have the cowboys trying to beat the aliens are planned throughout the day.   Who will prevail?   Along with all the special activities planned you can look forward to the standard programs of BB, fishing and swimming.    Here is a small hint -- Archery is going to be replaced with a special program using wrist rockets.   Mark the calendar for August 13^th and 14^th -- we need the help of all the scouts and their families to keep the alien invaders from taking over Camp Berry.
