Popcorn sale virtual update Aug. 2
Join fellow popcorn kernels Monday, Aug. 2, at 7 p.m. for a look at the 2021 Popcorn Sale. This virtual meeting is designed to highlight elements of the popcorn sale, and give new unit kernels another opportunity to learn more about the annual fundraiser.
Designed to share updates on highlights of the sale with an open question and answer session. Please note, registration for the virtual event is key in helping make sure we have updated contact information for key individuals in the unit as well as allows us to send you the details on the meeting and how to join online.
Join council Staff advisor Jim Mason and district kernels to discuss this year's popcorn sale.
Please be sure to finalize your registration with the red COMPLETE ORDER button on the right side of the final screen. You will receive the Zoom meeting link in your registration receipt, listed in the "Additional Information" at the bottom of the receipt. We look to also send out meeting information in a regular email as well prior to the meeting.
This virtual session does not fulfill the unit incentive of attending the in-person popcorn session at the district kickoffs. For more information on the district kickoffs, please CLICK HERE!
District kickoffs are (units need multiple leaders to cover the Popcorn & Membership breakout sessions). All 4 district kickoffs are slated for 6 p.m. with food/conversation & 7 p.m. program kickoff for both popcorn and membership.:
- Chinquapin: Thursday, July 29, at Camp Lakota's main shelter pavilion.
- Old Sycamore: Tuesday, Aug. 10, location to be announced.
- Arrowwood: Thursday, Aug. 12, at Camp Berry Gardner Shelter by the dining hall.
- Great Oaks: Thursday, Aug. 12, at the Lima Scout Office.
