  -Who Qualifies for District Competition?-

Registered Scouts who are: 1^st Place Unit Winners by rank in Speed, Paint or Design

-Cars will be inspected using 2017 Black Swamp Area Council rules

- Must be same car that was built, and won at your unit race this year

-Races conducted using the “Double Elimination” method

-All cars must be built using BSA licensed kits

-Awards for 1^st, 2^nd  3^rd place

-Class “A” Uniform is dress for the day
